The digital gap

Part quality is determined in the tool. Yet in conventional automation architectures, the actual process often remains invisible at precisely this point.
Machine and production systems provide data. What happens inside the tool often only becomes apparent in the finished part.
iLARIZ complements existing automation with information from the tool and process – linked to each stroke and part, directly from the real forming process.
